To keep the Tmatt surface clean, just moisten a clean cotton cloth with luke warm water and then dry the surface with a soft cloth or paper.
If it is necessary to remove grease stains, you can use neutral soap or a drop of degreaser (Fairy or KH7) on a cloth. Then rinse with a standard glass cleaner, with a clean cloth or kitchen paper to remove the soap residue. In dark colors, depending on the water used, it may always be necessary to rinse with a neutral glass cleaner.
